1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the NegotiationEdge website, waitlist, and iOS app made available by TK Media ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The NegotiationEdge app is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. You may not use the app if you are under 18.

3. What the Service Does

NegotiationEdge provides AI-assisted negotiation training, including voice practice sessions, transcripts, speech output, coaching, session scoring, practice history, and subscription-based features.

4. AI and Output Limitations

The service uses third-party AI providers to process audio and text so the app can generate transcripts, responses, and coaching. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. NegotiationEdge is for training and educational purposes only. It does not provide legal, financial, employment, medical, or other professional advice.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, or provider restrictions that apply to the AI services we rely on.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered through in-app purchases. Apple handles billing and payment processing. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlements and purchase state. Pricing, billing periods, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the Apple App Store terms and your Apple account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate training or evaluation purposes.
  • Do not try to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website, app, or AI features.
  • Do not upload or speak unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission.

8. Your Content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, record, or create in the service. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the website, app, AI features, support flows, and subscriptions.

9. Availability and Changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website, the app, or any AI model, provider integration, or subscription offering.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific training results, uninterrupted service, or error-free AI output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
