This is the public privacy choices page for NegotiationEdge. It is intended to be the canonical public page for access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, and related privacy contacts. For the full legal notice, see our Privacy Policy.

Access your data

Email us if you want a copy of the personal data we process for the website, waitlist, or app-related provider records we control.

If your account or contact details are wrong or incomplete, email us and we will correct the data we control or explain how to update it in the app.

Delete your data

Delete your account inside the app under Settings → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the app, or want us to complete provider-side deletion steps, email us directly.

Withdraw analytics consent

Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics are optional. You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time.

Stop waitlist emails

You can ask us to remove your waitlist email at any time. We will also stop processing it once the waitlist campaign is over and the record is no longer needed.

Deletion and provider-side retention

When you delete your account in the app, NegotiationEdge deletes your Firebase account and all local practice history on your device. Some provider-held data follows the provider's own retention or legal obligations:

Google Gemini / OpenAIShort-term abuse-monitoring or security logs for audio and text processed during sessionsGoverned by the providers' terms, DPAs, and service configuration. We do not use our own servers as a long-term store for session audio or transcripts.
Vercel / Resend / analytics providersWebsite logs, waitlist emails, analytics consent and analytics events if you opt inWebsite logs follow operational retention periods. Waitlist records are kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the waitlist campaign ends. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the provider you consented to.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days, unless the GDPR allows a longer response period in the particular case.
